EXPLANATION: Change facilitators are the essential link between the workplace and the tools learned during Fundamentals of RapidChange course.

For instance, during this two-and-a-half day workshop, facilitators at LeanSixSigma companies are taught how to embed RapidChange tools into the SIPOC and DMAIC approaches. In other organizations, RapidChange tools are wed with sales strategies, customer services initiatives and other improvement programs.

Facilitators are trained for workplace responsibilities which include leading and modeling more effective meetings and gatherings, crafting more successful roll-outs, providing communication, resolving conflict and modeling personal growth, leadership, rapid learning and high performance.
