WHAT: A two-day workshop introducing top leaders to the tools for RapidChange.


EXPLANATION:
RapidChange teaches tools that make it easier, quicker and less painful to implement new strategies, merge companies, engage employees and respond to market changes.
 
A typical RapidChange engagement begins with the Leadership Fundamentals, in which a company’s top leaders will learn and use the RC tools to address current and real issues. Theory is fine, but practical application is how money is saved, plans are executed and speed is achieved.

Following our philosophy of "Slowing Down to Speed Up," this introduction will give leaders a meaningful way to gauge their own readiness for growth and decide if their organization is equally prepared.
