How we began.

RapidChange Group had its beginnings in the work of Magaly d. Rodriguez, a former Catholic nun and social worker, whose struggles and successes led her to assemble a group of tools to communicate important messages and build community.

In 1986, with support from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN, Rodriguez started Multichannels Communication and in 1988, the company was hired by DuPont Co., its first corporate client. In 1991, the company became Rapid Change Technologies.

And in 2005, M. Daniel Suwyn came on board as managing partner of the newly constituted RapidChange Group, expanding the company's offerings in organizational, media and communication expertise through its parent company, Enriched Business Strategies.

From 1988 to the present, RapidChange has worked with many senior management teams in a wide range of businesses. Clients range from publicly traded Fortune 500 businesses to privately held enterprises, non-profit groups and public school systems.
